At Kids Daily Adventures, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product
- You must provide clear photos or unboxing video as proof
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Product color or size dissatisfaction (if correctly delivered)
- Minor packaging damage caused during shipping
- Products damaged due to misuse
Please check product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
For all electronics and gaming consoles (SUP 400, R36S, R36 Max, RS5, X9 Pro, etc.),
an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or defect issue.
Without proper unboxing proof, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.
4. Replacement Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange pickup (if applicable)
- Or you may be asked to send the product back
- Replacement will be processed after product inspection
Replacement delivery time may vary depending on stock availability.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Replacement is not available
- The product is confirmed defective after inspection
Refunds may be processed through:
- Mobile banking (bKash / Nagad / Rocket)
- Bank transfer
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in account blocking.
7. Important Notice for COD Orders
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Unnecessary order refusal increases delivery costs and affects service quality.
We reserve the right to limit Cash on Delivery service for customers with repeated refused orders.
